Section of Beilinson Hospital closed due to suspected chemical leak
Authorities are inspecting complaints of a strange smell in Beilinson Hospital (also known as Rabin Medical Center) in Petah Tikva, and have closed down the area affected by it. The smell, which has reportedly caused some people to experience a burning sensation in their eyes, is thought to be a highly-concentrated cleaning product.
Authorities have determined that there is no serious danger of the substance spreading to the hospital’s other areas.
