IDF forces and Israel Border Police discovered illegal, home made gun making machines in the village of a-Ram outside of Jerusalem overnight.
While the security forces were destroying the equipment, a suspicious vehicle appeared at the scene and started accelerating towards the troops.
Security forces opened fire, killing one Palestinian while injuring a second. A third Palestinian was taken in for investigation.
