France declares three day mourning after Nice attack

Following the terror attack in Nice, France has declared a national, three day mouring in honor of the victims.
On Thursday, a truck driver drove into a crowd celebrating National Bastille Day. So far, 84 casualties and over 100 wounded have been reported.
