Palestinians claim 13-year-old was killed in clashes with Israeli forces; IDF examining

A 13-year-old Palestinian boy was reportedly killed in clashes with Israeli security forces in the East Jerusalem town of AL-Ram on Tuesday evening, according to to the Palestinian Ministry of Health.

Ramallah hospital director Ahmad Bitawi claimed the boy was killed by a bullet to the chest.

The Israel Police denied that live fire was used against protesters while the IDF said only stun and gas grenades were used.  

The IDF said it was looking into the claims.
