According to a report by Palestinian news agency Wafa, Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas received a telephone call on Sunday from Israeli Presdient Reuven Rivlin, in which Rivlin expressed his condolences for the death of Abbas' brother, Omar, last weekend.
