Egyptian PM says resolving Palestinian problem a top priority for future politcal arrangements

The Egyptian Prime Minister Sherif Ismail said during a speech at the opening of an Arab League meeting in Nouackchott, capital of Mauritania that, “The future that we expect will not happen without political arrangements at the top of which stands the Palestinian issue.”
He added that, Egypt “is not ruling out any effort in order to bring about a solution to the Palestinian issue.”
