One moderately injured in car explosion in Jerusalem; Background believed to be criminal

The explosion is said to have taken place next to the Dan Panorama hotel in Jerusalem on Keren Hayesod street. MDA paramedics provided first aid treatment and evacuated a 50-year-old man to Ein Kerem Hospital in moderate condition with wounds to his limbs. The police are currently investigating the circumstances.
