President Reuven Rivlin rejects clemency request from Rabbi Yoshiyahu Pinto
President Reuven Rivlin accepted the recommendations put forth by Justice Minister Ayelet Shaked and rejected a clemency request by Rabbi Yoshiyahu Pinto. Pinto submitted the request two months after he began serving his prison sentence for bribery. He cited health problems as the reason for his request.
