Macedonian flash floods leave several dead

SKOPJE - Several people died in flash floods overnight in the Macedonian capital of Skopje, a police official said on Sunday.
Local media said 15 people died. The police official could not confirm the exact number.
Cars were underwater and the ring road around Skopje severely damaged by the floods, with some of the city's suburbs hit particularly hard.
