Yachimovich: MK Amsalem's bill undermines the rule of law

MK Shelly Yachimovich (Zionist Union) joined the criticism from her party on Tuesday of Likud MK David Amsalem's bill proposal to protect the prime minister of criminal investigation over minor crimes while he's in office.
"The proposal undermines the rule of law and the principle of equality before the law. It's hard to believe he has done this without consulting with Netanyahu, which makes this that much graver."
MK Amsalem claims he has not coordinated the move with the prime minister.
