PRISTINA- An opposition lawmaker in Kosovo used tear gas Tuesday to disrupt the work of a parliamentary commission on a border agreement with neighboring Montenegro while activists outside hurled stones at the government offices.

The attack broke glass windows at the government offices, according to local media.

An unknown attacker also threw an explosive device at the house of the head of the state commission on the border agreement, Prime Minister Isa Mustafa said. The explosive device was found by police and no one was injured in the attack.
