Two bombs exploded in the Thai seaside resort of Hua Hin on Thursday, killing one woman and wounding 10 people, a BBC correspondent tweeted, citing local police.
The bombs were hidden in plant pots and detonated by mobile phones, the police said, according to the BBC's Jonathan Head.
