Electric Corporation: We accidentally double-billed about 15,000 people

The Israel Electric Corporation has announced that on August 21 it conducted a double billing of about 15,000 clients' credit cards.

 

"We apologize for the inconvenience and are working to perform an immediate (billing cancellation). The company is aware of who the clients in question are, so that there is no need to call (us) and update (us regarding the matter)," the company said in a statement.
