Power outages across Israel

The electricity has gone out in several cities and areas throughout Israel. These include South Tel Aviv, Petah Tikva, and Haifa, parts of Ramat Gan, Ashkelon, Bnei Brak and Be'er Sheva.
The Israel Electric Corporation issud a statement, saying that the outage was due to an assemby line malfunction and should resume in about ten minutes.
