Israel condemns N. Korea nuclear test

The Israeli Ministry of Foreign Affairs condemned North Korea’s latest nuclear test on Friday, issuing a statement saying the act stands in contradiction to international norms and UN Security Council decisions. Its representatives further stated that North Korea’s nuclear acts require continued activity by the international community, so that nuclear proliferation to the Middle East from the mostly-isolated state may be prevented.
