Peres' condition "serious, but stable"

Director of Sheba Medical Center, Professor Yitzhak Kreis, gave an update this morning on the condition of former President Shimon Peres. Kreis said Peres "passed the night safely. His condition remains serious but stable." Kreis confirmed that the former president has been transferred to the intensive care unit of the neurosurgical department for treatment and observation.
