No change to former president Peres’ condition
The condition of former Israeli president Shimon Peres remains serious but stable. Peres is hospitalized at Sheba Medical Center in Tel HaShomer, and has been since suffering a stroke on Tuesday, September 13.
The medical staff attending to the 93-year-old Peres has steadily decreased the amount of respiratory support he has been given, in hopes that he will eventually be able to breathe unassisted.
