Update: Stabbing attack at Kalandia checkpoint; one man moderately-to-severely wounded, attacker killed
A Palestinian man stabbed a 20-year-old Israeli man at the Kalandia checkpoint on the border of the northern West Bank and Jerusalem Friday night.
The attacker was shot and neutralized by security forces at the checkpoint. He later died of his wounds. The Israeli man is said to have been moderately-to-severely wounded in the stabbing, and was evacuated to the hospital. He is said to be in stable condition.
