President Rivlin lands in India for state visit
Israeli President Reuven Rivlin landed Sunday with his wife Nechama in India for a state visit at the invitation of President Pranab Mukherjee. The two are expected to open the the agricultural event, Agro Tech. “India is an important ally and close friend of Israel,” said Rivlin. “This visit is proof of the strong relations and I hope that it will add and strengthen our close ties even further.”
