The Israeli Foreign Ministry confirmed Sunday that an Israeli was killed in a car crash in India in the city of Vapi in Gujarat. The victim, 23-year-old Yotam Zafrani from Kiryat Shmona, was evacuated to the hospital after the accidents where he succumbed to his wounds.
