Portugese Minister of Foreign Affairs Augusto Santos Silva is starting an official visit to Israel on Wednesday. He will be meeting with President Reuven Rivlin, Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Benjamin Netanyahu and Leader of the Opposition Isaac Herzog (Zionist Union).
