Minister Yisrael Katz claims 'many of the fires' are result of arson

Transportation Minister Yisrael Katz claimed on Thursday that "many of the fires raging across the country right now originated in arson."
He also announced plans to amend the law allows for the forfeiture of property of anyone convicted of arson in order to compensate victims and deter.
