Aryeh Deri issues travel ban against 5 east Jerusalem Hamas members

Minister of the Interior, Aryeh Deri, signed an order banning five east Jerusalem residents from leaving the country due to their membership and activities with Hamas.
The Administration of Border Crossings, Population and Immigration commented that the travel ban was implemented after it received information the five planned on leaving the country to promote terrorist activity such as transferring funds from different countries to Hamas.
The travel ban is for six months.
