Aleppo evacuation convoy reaches rebel-held area

BEIRUT -- A convoy of buses carrying evacuees from rebel-held east Aleppo arrived at insurgent-held al-Rashideen early on Monday, a rebel official and the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights reported on Monday. The Observatory said the convoy included 21 buses.
