Health Ministry advises people not to enter water in Tel Aviv, Herzliya beaches

The Israeli Health Ministry has put out a warning against going into the water at Hof Hatzuk north of Tel Aviv and Acadia Beach south of Herzliya.
The ministry is monitoring the situation closely.
