Saeb Erekat: We are ready to negotiated when Israel freezes settlements
Senior Palestinian official Saeb Erekat told Ynet that after US Secretary of State John Kerry’s speech about the Israeli-Palestinian conflict: “We say to Israel today, the moment that the Israeli government declares that he is freezing the settlements we are ready to continue the negotiations. 95% of Kerry;s speech focused on the settlements—which are not legal and are an obstacle to the two-state solution.”
Erekat added: “At the end of the day I agree with Kerry. The Israelis and the Palestinians are the ones that must make the decisions.”
