'Facebook Bill' passes first reading in the Knesset
The ‘Facebook Bill’ passed its first reading in the Knesset on Tuesday morning, which is intended to enable the courts to remove content of incitement.
According to the proposed bill, the courts will be granted authority to also remove content which constitutes criminal activity and if it poses a serious danger to the security of a person, the public or the state.
