West Bank-Gaza Strip smuggling network uncovered by Shin Bet

An operation involving the Shin Bet, Israel Police and IDF has uncovered a smuggling network responsible for transferring communications equipment via the Kerem Shalom border crossing. According to the investigation, suspects smuggled hundreds of cameras, remote-controlled drones and communications cables, some of which were destined for Hamas. The contraband materials were concealed in electric appliances such as TVs, radios, washing machines and refrigerators.
