Haredi soldiers to be given free legal aid over harassment claims for drafting into IDF
The Ministry of Defense has decided to provide free legal assistance to Haredi soldiers who suffer harassment for drafting into the IDF.
The legal aid will enable soldiers to file civil compensation claims against individuals who have attacked them, caused them distress, tarnished their names and the like.
Currently, there are 30 potential cases which fall under these categories, according to the ministry.
