Minister Erdan wants marijuana to be decriminalized

Speaking in a press conference, Interior Security Minister Erdan has laid out a new policy he would like passed on marijuana law in Israel.

Anyone caught with marijuana would face a fine. Anyone caught a second time would face a fine double the one before it. Anyone caught a third time would have a settled, conditioned case.

Anyone cauight a fourth time would have an indictment filed against them.
