22 year old arrested after placing an explosive device in a garbage can in Dimona
Police arrested a 22-year-old Yeshiva student suspected of placing an explosive device near his home in Dimona. Police detectives noticed the suspect place the device, which was trigger ready, in a garbage can at the heart of a residential neighborhood.
The Beer Sheva Magistrates' Court extended his arrest by seven days. "A serious disaster has been averted and the possible loss of innocent lives," the police stated.
