Court ordered Jerusalem municipal daycares to resume their activity
The Jerusalem District Court issued for the second time on Monday morning a temporary order forcing the Jerusalem Municipality to open its municipal daycare centers, after the daycare operators decided not to.
The daycare operators claimed that after receiving legal consultation on the subject, they were told that the ordinance does not apply to them, and therefore, announced a strike.
