Resident of Ariel is accused of sexually harassing minors across the globe

An indictment was filed in the Petah Tikvah Magistrates' Court against Jacqui Zarka, 49-year-old from Ariel, for sexual crimes involving minors.
The offences are said to have happened via the music.ly app that is used to transfer music videos between teenagers.
The indictment claims that Zarka pretended to be a 12-year-old-girl and sexually harassed underage boys and girls. He is also accused of storing in his home computer thousands of photos and videos of underage boys and girls either nude or while performing sexual acts.
