Shooting in Petah Tikva: three wounded, the shooter was arrested

Two 50-year-old men were lightly-moderately injured, and another, lightly injured, following a shooting in the Petah Tikva market.
The shooter fled theh scene but was shortly thereafter captured by the police along with his firearm. The circumstances are being investigated.
