Le Pen: French Jews will have to give up Israeli citizenship

France's far-right presidential candidate Marine Le Pen said in an interview to France2 Channel on Thursday that if elected, French citizens will not be able to hold onto dual citizenship of a country that is not in the European Union.

When asked regarding French Jews with dual Israeli and French citizenships, Le Pen replied that since Israel is not a member of the EU, its citizens will have to give up their Israeli citizenship.
