President Rivlin criticizes Regulation Law

President Reuven Rivlin criticized the Regulation Law during the 14th Jerusalem Conference, saying, "We can not apply law to an area that changes rules, without deciding first of all that the area is under our sovereignty," said Rivlin.

"We have to decide first what our position is regarding sovereignty and then enact laws", added Rivlin.
