Iran hosts conference supporting Intifada

Iran is hosting the sixth conference in support of the Palestinian Intifada.

The conference will be attended by representatives from 80 countries and more than 20 heads of parliaments around the world. Today the conference opened with the participation of representatives from Hamas, Islamic Jihad, and Hezbollah.

Lebanese newspaper "Al-Akhbar" reported that "the conference is held for the first time in six years to refresh the Palestinian issue and the struggle against Israel."
