The structures in Ofra will be demolished, Regulation Act does not apply
The High Court rejected the request to seal the nine buildings set to be demolished in Ofra and prevent their destruction, and denied MK Bezalel Smotrich’s request to join the petition.
The High Court also determined that the Regulation Act does not apply to the structures since a verdict was delivered on the implementation of the demolition orders .
