Court rules Haifa's ammonia facility to be emptied out by April 1
Haifa's ammonia facility will be emptied out by April 1 after the Haifa District Court rejected on Wednesday Haifa Chemicals' appeal of a decision to close it.
The judge determined that by April 1, "the facility must be empty of ammonia." She also barred adding to the ammonia in any way.
