4.5 years in prison for East Jerusalem resident who planned terror attack

Jerusalem District Court has sentenced East Jerusalem resident Mu'aid Abu Rabba for four and a half years in prison as part of a plea deal.
Rabba was charged with support of ISIS, contact with a foreign enemy agent and conspiring to do a terrorist attack for ISIS in Israel.
