23-year-old man suspected of sexually harassing 9-year-old girl
A 23-year-old member of the Al-Azazma Bedouin tribe in the Negev was arrested under the suspicion that he sexually harassed a 9-year-old girl.
The young man allegedly sent the girl sexually explicit photos in September, later calling sexually harassed her. After the girl blocked his number he allegedly kept sending her sexual messages from several different phones.
