Ya'alon declares he will found new party and run for election

Former defence minister and IDF chief of staff stated on Saturday that he plans on starting his own political party and running for election.

At present, he has set up his own volutary organization "that allows me to go all over the country and make house visits, which are important," said Ya'alon.

"I've decided that I care about our children and grandchildren, I said I'll run; I'm founding a party, I'm founding a political force," said Ya'alon.
