21-year-old charged with sexual assault of minors

Prosecution filed an indictment today against 21-year-old Yaakov Kavra from Ofakim for sexual harassment and assault.
According to the indictment, Kavra allegedly sexually harassed young girls though the WhatsApp messaging app, and in some cases met with them and sexually assaulted them.
