Defense Minister Avigdor Lieberman announces that the Palestinian National Fund is a terrorist organization
The decision to declare the Fund a terrorist organization stems from its continuous and massive support to entities responsible for serious terrorist activity against Israel.
The fund is used, among other things, as a significant funding conduit worth tens of millions of shekels, which are transferred on a monthly basis to security prisoners jailed in Israel for committing terrorist acts, as well as family members of these prisoners.
