Man convicted in attempted rape in Allenby 40 nightclub

Tel Aviv District Court convicted 24-year-old Or Yehuda resident Dalai Makata in the attempted rape of an 18-year-old woman in the "Allenby 40" Tel Aviv nightclub last year.
The conviction was ruled following a plea deal reached between the prosecution and defense which reduced the rape allegations to attempted rape.
