Moshe Cohen, the police officer who was filmed physically assaulting a Palestinian driver in Jerusalem's Wadi Joz neighborhood, has announced that he was resigning.
In a hearing at the national police headquarters, Cohen added that he apologizes and takes full responsibility for his actions.
