St. Petersburg: undetonated explosive charge found

Russian news website “fontanka” has reported that another explosive charge was found undetonated in the St. Petersburg central station, near the city’s metro station.
It was reported earlier that two explosions rocked the St. Petersburg underground train system, killing at least 10 and injuring 50 others.
