Syrian opposition activists say airstrikes on a suburb of the capital Damascus have killed 16 people and wounded others.
The Britain-based Syrian Observatory for Human Rights said Monday's airstrikes on the rebel-held Damascus suburb of Douma killed at least 16 people, including three children.
Douma-based activist Mazen al-Shami said 16 people were killed in Douma, including a whole family. He gave no further details.
