The state responded to the petition filed by the journalists' organization against the public broadcasting corporation's outline and said that there is no legal impediment to changing the law that was formulated in the past.
The organization petitioned the High Court last week against the closure of the news department and demanded that the government refrain from intervening in the corporation's structure.
