Russia, before Tillerson visit, says hopes USA does not strike North Korea
MOSCOW -- The Russian Foreign Ministry said on Tuesday it hoped that planned talks in Moscow with U.S. Secretary of State Rex Tillerson would be productive, but said it was extremely concerned by Washington's stance on North Korea.
Tillerson is due to hold talks with Sergei Lavrov, his Russian counterpart, on Wednesday.
The foreign ministry, in a statement dedicated to his visit, said it was extremely worried by the possibility that the United States might decide to take unilateral military action against North Korea.
